First issue is I can no longer sign in to my gmail acct like before. I have to 
look on-line

Second issue is I want to opt out on ALL ads. I want to stop receiving them

This plugin is not related to gmail, nor does it let you opt out from ads. It 
lets you opt out from so-called interest based ads. You'll just get other ads.
