Basically this is a instant transfer Loader that only functions if the Machine its attached to is running or not! (This applies for the entities in the game that are the most frequently used for distribution you can access their Circuit Network for a check if the machine is Running or Not) Like Assemblers and Furnaces! As a good example I would like to point out "Linked Belts Mod" Its basically one way transport tunnel now what if it was Multi tunnel transport and essentially its a "Splitter Loader" once upon a time I tried to implement a "Linked Belts Miniloader variant" What I want to say is This can be much more simplified for certain network requests that request only "Stacks of Types of items" Max stacks of an item I don't want to "Store the Items into the network at all" I want them to be inputed directly into the Machine that accepts it like a Loader! This skips the process of "storing them" as the item has never moved from its spot until its destination has been designated! As for what the item types are accepted that depends completely on the Machine! (This works terribly with Machines that accepts anything in its input) I am not sure about UPS problems Does Linked Belts has Ups problems ? I don't think so!

(I wanted someone to make a similar mod but with much too different inspiration that required actual physical connection https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?p=571768#p571768
