Auto comment on issue and self assign the issue

It causes delay for a contributor to know when he or she can start working on the issue and it's a lot of work for a PA to do simple task like this

I would like to create a workflow that will auto comment when an issue is raised and will self assign the issue to the user who has opened the issue

I have seen your greetings.yml file I would like do enhance that too

the current greeting.yml is only commenting issues and PRs by default I would like to create a separate workflow for opened/closed/merged
