能否添加 tag, 方便快速比较版本差异 #11

我已经读了 0.2.0, 今天看到 0.2.1 发布，想知道具体的差异。

能否对每个版本加一个 tag, 这样我们就能快速查看版本差异，多谢。

Hi, 多谢建议。
目前内容还是在alpha阶段，可以从commit log中看到修改信息。
后面稳定一些会考虑添加change log。
