Netbout.com is going to become a CRM system and at the same time a communication instrument. Thus, our users will trust us with their private and sensitive information, just like they trust gmail.com and salesforce.com.

Thus, QOS3 is a very critical requirement and if we fail to design the system secure enough, the consequences will be fatal.
