• Fixed lookupGenerator with package namespace bug (79703f9)

• Shared data between generators (Implement sharedOptions and sharedData. #155)

• Catch generator's instantiation errors (Catch generator's instantiation errors. #151)

• Add windows to CI (Implement windows ci test and fix incompatibility on resolveModulePath #149)

• Change lookup to return structure with package details (Change lookup to return structure with package details #146)
