Tooltip flicker during load #6

When loading submitscan.net, I see the 'how to find stats' tooltip flicker momentarily. I can't seem to recreate this locally using gatsby develop. (Using chrome on MacOS.)

@fafrd What do you mean by flicker? Because I've had something happen that might be what you are talking about. While the page is loading the help image appears on screen for a brief moment (screenshot below), though this might be normal behavior while loading the page.
