Unfortunately, I don't have steps to reproduce. It looks like the windows have disappeared somehow during my many switches between multi-monitor setups.

OS X El Capitan 10.11.5

Is there a persistent settings file for MARP?

Marp stores persistent settings to ~/Library/Application Support/Marp/config.json. You can delete it for quickly fix.

I think it would be natural to correct the window position when it has out of screen. I'd mark this as bug.

FYI deleting the config.json file worked perfectly. Thank you for a quick response and an awesome product. Me and 2 colleagues all used it to present our findings from Scala Days with great success.

Just noting that I had the same issue, my solution is noted in #58

Affects me too. My config has negative values in windowPosition.x, windowPosition.y shown in a gist, while #58 caused width=height=0. I resolved the issue rewriting config.json in the similar way (see the gist above) described in #58.
