不知道为什么，突然看到这张图心理挺不是滋味的。

这些天过的不好，总是忍不住不停的刷手机，不停的焦虑。工作也没状态，总是不停的刷疫情的消息，也不知道自己该怎么做。
又胖了，也不知道什么时候才会过去。
想从不刷手机开始，又管不住自己的手。
日语学习依然没有开始。
