in docs https://github.com/yiisoft/form/blob/master/docs/creating-forms.md
i see use Yiisoft\Form\YiisoftFormModel\FormModel; but package has no such file as like FormModel class at all.

ok i see it was moved to separate package https://github.com/yiisoft/form-model
so just need to fix namespace in doc
