This package uses yiisoft/factory and yiisoft/injector to make configuration simple, that's why it's yii- now. This is is the way push/consume middlewares, message handlers and failure handlers are defined. It also uses yiisoft/console for console commands.
Theoretically, we can create a yii- prefixed package with yii-dependent factories for configuration and turn the yiisoft/console dependency into optional. I don't know how in demand is this opportunity.
