Add to Docs how to use minima of the framework

I remember asking this somewhere in Yii2 and @cebe answered it but I cannot find it. So I suggest that it get added to the docs as there are many times that we need it.

The issue itself is "How do I use minima of the framework". By this I mean I need the REST API only (No views and the client side scripts - bower stuff et al). So what are procedures to get that?

My opinion is it belongs under Building application from scratch.
