What steps will reproduce the problem?

setBcc(['"Undisclosed recipients"test@test.com'])

What is the expected result?

Email recipient will see ( To:Undisclosed recipients )

What do you get instead?

Address in mailbox given ["Undisclosed recipients"test@test.com] does not comply with RFC 2822, 3.6.2.
