Blackisting not working at all in Wayland sessions, including the windows picking function. In Xorg it is working as intended, but once you switch to Wayland it doesn't work anymore even if it is already configured in Xorg for a given window. I'm running Fedora 38.

There is no WM_CLASS in Wayland, but potentially app_id can be used.
Anyway +1 for this fix request.
