What's the difference of compiled CPM and installed CPM in linux? #7

I install the CPM by running install_CPM.sh in ./linux and run demo.sh. I get the runtime as follows:

Then I compile main.cpp and get CPM, run the demo.sh by using the compiled CPM. the runtime is much slower than installed one.

What's the difference? Thx.
