一些正规的大公司主要是根据以下四个方面进行评判(重要性从上至下)

1、掌握的技术(通过笔试、项目经验、工作时间)
2、表达
3、学历
4、其他素质(如英语四六级等)

面试官评判应聘者工资的重要性之所以采取如此的顺序,根本原因在于面试官最最重要的是程序员能不能把工作做好,让公司放心。所以学员技术很重要,表达也很重要(技术牛但不会表达,也会让人怀疑技术实力)
