RTMP - frozen video #47

Using latest version to play an RTMP stream. The video loads, but only shows a frozen video frame.

Should probably point out I'm testing on a Galaxy SIII, and the last working commit is 6163853 (Add video mode demo).

After that commit launching gives a NFE, which by the time it is fixed in commit e1db993 (Catch NFE) the video stops working.
