Incomplete Example

Hi. Why the example is separated into two sub-folders?
I'm a newbie to iOS and it's difficult to me to add this to my project...
I'm really confused.
Is there any complete tutorial?

The example on storyboard didn't show how to navigate from left menu to others view controller.It only change color of view controller and its in Obj-C which we swift developer didn't understand clearly.

So,Can you provide Example completely in swift?I understand how you join the library via storyboard.But,for navigation from left menu to others view controller,its still not clear and can't figure it out how to do.

From left menu to others view controller or...left menu to tab bar controller item.Like this my previous library.
