Virtual Y entities bundle field map not rebuilt

See Provide some way to rebuild the persistent bundle field map. Since entity-update is no longer automatic, modules need to provide their own updates. The lack of this update can lead to missing values in key_value:entity.definitions.bundle_field_map, leading to broken Views among other issues.
