Bundles page flickers when changing bundles

Describe the bug
Dep Packages column shows no data for a split second causing it to collapse down to the size of the title. After the packages are loaded the width expands to fit them.

Expected behavior
The right hand side column should stay at a consistent set width. If the file name overflows it should wrap to a new line.
As you selecting new bundles should maintain the same page layout without this shifting.
