Stories - what are the use cases for different personas?

When a user creates a service, there's no feedback apart from a cryptic error message when a service with the same name exists.

It is not obvious why the request failed

Proposal - how do we solve these problems?

Since the service page already has all the necessary information (list of services), we may warn the user directly in the new service dialog (show an error state/message) when they enter a name of an existing service.
