Timer reminder:
To control usage %, avoid wasting time, user can choose to be reminded after X amount of time spent on youtube shorts
Feature must to be enabled manually

This seems like a very far-fetched idea but I'm gonna leave this open for now, if there is any major demand we can consider for it
