Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With progressing of YodaOS, control APIs may shift over time. Platform tools shall work across multiple YodaOS versions and determine if it was supported on a specific version of YodaOS.

Describe the solution you'd like
An assertion on YodaOS version shall be made before any ongoing operations be applied.

I think we should package yoda-platform-tools with YodaOS :)

Platform tools are not shipped with YodaOS devices. These tools has to be installed on normal platforms like macOS/Windows/Linux.
