Exception while handling UserMessage

The problem occurs when the plugin executes PrintToChatAll("фук6фки6аф6киф"); and the tiny-csgo-client crashes. However, if I pass a parameter to this function that does not contain Cyrillic characters (e.g. PrintToChatAll("trbusrtruesa56e56be5");), the tiny-csgo-client keeps working.
