No media for IP Voice Call

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Establish an IP Voice Call between 2 phones

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No audio is heard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.7

The media is independent from the RCS stack and is not pusblished to open 
source as we do in the past for video share. We don't publish audio codecs 
source code due to patent pool issue.

Nevertheless we plan to deliver a binary lib for an audio player implementation 
in order to test.

I am unable to see audio RTP packets in established IP voice or IP video calls.
