Application Freeze after a wifi lost in FTHTTP

- A, B, C start a group chat 
- A starts a FToHTTP
- A loses his WiFi connection during the upload of the file
- A reconnects its WiFi connection
- A comes back to the application

The application is frozen at this point.



What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4.14

Feature not yet implemented. In case of WIFI disconnection/reconnection, 
transfer does not pause/resume.

With 2.5.17, the automatic pause and resume upon service reconnection works at 
least for FToHTTP in chat 1-to-1. There is still a restriction for GC.
