It does not work with the provided URL:

It works with a URL extracted from the http dialog by means of Chrome Developer Tools (Ctrl + Shift + j) Network tab:

@colemar The URL given in OP leads to an error and doesn't seem to be an actual video page. Can you please give proper examples of URLs?

Perhaps geolocation matters. I am in Italy.
