Problem with connection through Prometheus (No data)

I, did everything as described but I receive following message in target connection of Prometheus:

ip's are good and port connection (inbound rules Firewall) are open and allowed. What else can be wrong?

Also tried to shutdown my Private firewall - still was this error message.

check your mtail is working on those machines with your web browser. eg. type "192.168.1.3:3903" on your web browser or "localhost:3903". it should return mtail output there. if not, check your mtail.
