[YSQL] Incorrect replication information for colocated non-parent tables

Description

Currently, the colocated non-parent tables incorrectly store and display the replication information of the cluster instead of inheriting the replication information from their parent tables. The replication information for colocated non-parent tables should follow the replication settings of their parent tables.

This issue can be reproduced by creating a colocated table with tablespace and viewing the replication information for the colocated non-parent tables in the UI.
