Add a timeout to itest run

If we add a timeout to the Result.get() in https://bitbucket.org/yugabyte/internal-services/src/8f22ebab507d6f9dc65b2c1acb78255ff91e08c7/itest/src/universe_tests/__init__.py#lines-249 we can print out the name of the offending test that takes longer than 2 hrs or so.
