[Platform] Backup goes to unknown state when "disable backups" is enabled

On the tables tab, click on "Disable backups". now try to take a manual backup on any table,go to backup tabs, it shows the state as "unknown" but the task history shows as "completed".

Is this a regression? Wasn't this fixed here - #5921?

@chirag-yb As part of #5921 Manual backup would be disabled if it is disabled from the tables tab. This behaviour is still intact and no API call is being made if it is diabled.
