Package installation procedure

I suggest adding other information about the installation procedure also for not R expert

@Athene-ai Hi! There are 2 options of the package installation: a standard R procedure with install.packages and instructions on installing from GitHub using devtools.
I myself do not know any more... If you have something particular in mind, could you please share it?

Dear @Athene-ai I have also specifically checked both methods, and everything works for me. Could you please check again? Please note, that for installing packages using the standard R proc the command is install.packages(), and not install.package() even if one is installing only one package.
