Can't setup ICON on Ubuntu / Colab

Unfortunately, I can't manage to install ICON locally. The Colab Notebook and the model on Huggingface also seem to be broken. Would it be possible to update the documentation / environment or share a Docker file?

After downgrading to gcc 7.5.0 as described in your documentation
git+https://github.com/YuliangXiu/neural_voxelization_layer.git in the requirements.txt seems to be giving problems at the moment. At least for me.
also @hf is not recognized by git or pip in the line 36 of requirements.txt

First of all thanks to YuliangXiu for this awsome project.
I found out about it because it was mentioned in the New York Times.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get it running neither on Colab or my own Ubuntu 20.
I have the same issues like c6s0. @hf, I removed in the requirements.txt, but after that, building gave me wheels errors which I was just not able to resolve by myself.

At least, I just ran a HugginFace and it is working!!!!
Thanks for that and hopefully the other issues with the local usage of ICON on Ubuntu can be sorted out soon, too.
