uncertainty of deformation in time series

Hi,

I was wondering how can i show in time series uncertainty of deformation time series in LICSBAS? Is there a file which i can read uncertainty for each pixel for each time step?

The time series uncertainty is not available in LiCSBAS.

Maybe you can consider calculating the standard deviation of a small area (e.g., 4 pixels) around the target pixel at each time step to represent the uncertainties. This can be easily achieved using GMT.

It is the uncertainty of the mean linear velocity, not the time series uncertainty.
