是否願意改用 MIT 之類的授權 #2

因為這份 Template 是使用 GPL 授權，如果用這份 template 去撰寫論文，代表論文也需要是 GPL，考量到有些人的論文可能不願意用 GPL 授權釋出論文，為了便於推廣，有沒有考慮改成 MIT 之類的授權條款
