Describe the bug

Hello,
I started the upgrade with the CLI

yunohost app upgrade minecraft -u https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/minecraft_ynh

Be an issue are return.

2023-12-27 13:30:32,763: WARNING - ./upgrade: line 39: vanilla: unbound variable

I don't understand the goal about this conditional. If no server exists, make it, but it's an upgrade, the script needs to make a new server ?
