ValueError about video_demo

VIDEOIO ERROR: V4L: can't open camera by index 0

can't open camera by index 0 ? there is something wrong with your camera

Hi, I met an error on windows10, when I ranpython video_demo.py # if use camera, set video_path = 0, when the video demo ran to the end, it came out the errorValueError: No image!, I don't know how to solve it, could you help me?
