Add Gmail “Please activate keyboard shortcuts” tip window.

AQT’s Gmail web widget requires gmail’s keyboard shortcut to be toggled on.

A script widget could automatically popup a window with instructions, that hides if user clicks “don’t show again” or “ok”

“don’t show” stored as persistent variable
“ok” stored as temproary variable. Ideally it will show on BTT Restart.
