Since chrome web widgets were added, chrome seems to be having a restart loop issue.

Check scripts.

Added an "if Chrome is running" check as well as try error protection to some web widget scripts that were missing it.

This should remove the restart loop issue.

Test:

Gmail widget
handler widget
