实在不知道loss值要训练到多少最合适

两个指标：
1.耳朵听起来还过得去
2.loss基本维持一个相对稳定水平，不再有下降趋势。
3.如果整体loss向上涨，说明处于过训练状态，模型可能会出现劣化
