一定期間反応がないIssueはCloseして良い運用にしたい #780

主に「読者からの質問」のラベルがついているIssueについて、一定期間反応がない場合はCloseする運用にしたいです。
たとえば、#696 など。

現状Issueが多くなっていて視認性が悪くなっているので不要なものはCloseして整理したいです。

「読者からの質問」について整理できればというところであれば、Discussionsの運用を考えたほうがいいかもしれませんね
