Hello! I'm using Steam version of Path of Exile (32 bit) on Windows 7 (64 bit).

  • it doesn't recognize the room I'm in.
  • I've run it first time since Pokemon update. Before it (but correlation is not causation) it worked well.
  • I've tried at first the old client (1.1.2 - it worked earlier), then recent (1.2.0) - both fails.
  • Maps in planner shows well.
  • Settings reset doesn't help

Probably some change in POE.

It's been working for me without problems, steam install as well. Does it have the correct path set for your installation and logs directory? It reads the logs to tell when you've moved between zones, not the game client itself.

I double checked the path and it is the correct one, also closed all the overlay apps that use the log file, still no tracking here. @Doomgull any other idea what could be happening ?

or maybe there is a way to see if there is an error with your app, a logfile perhaps ? I tried running it with the powershell and there's no output.

Also tried to delete the logs and relaunch POE, still no luck

Not the tool author, just a guy that comments.

In the client log, when you enter the lab/change rooms, does it print a debug line to the log stating where you have gone?
