Standalone bundle

Can any one point me to a last version of Jison bundled as an standalone package?

Thanks @nolanlawson. I already had looked at that file, but I was not sure to have had the latest because I can not find a version number anywhere in the file.

btw: since 2012 https://github.com/zaach/jison/releases/tag/v0.3.10, but the master/package.json is 0.4.15

Yeah I admit it's a little unclear; we should put it in a directly like dist/ or something so it's obvious where to download it from.
