Support for 4.x version

Please let us know if you have any plans to provide support for zabbix_server (Zabbix) 4.0.0rc3 version. Current import does not work for me :(

Caused by changes in Zabbix. "DEV" tickets are not mentioned in Changelog and Release Notes, but judging by commit date it should have landed in 4.0.6rc1.

If you can afford it, downgrade your Zabbix agent to 4.0.5. Or try to compile the module yourself using Zabbix sources matching your version of Zabbix agent.

By the way, please consider voting for ZBXNEXT-5189.
