Currently non-functional - but we have at least a few features which should be implemented in the next change: - Start data generation - Stop data generation - Get a sample of data - Change the data configuration Part of #26

Decided that user shouldn’t have to implement the service - this goes hand in hand with #26 (the UI for the service). We build on top of that and add a few configuration parameters.

This commit includes the following changes - New tabs - Map UI - WebSockets Console - Rename Settings to “Other” - Add service panels on “Home” tab. Each has buttons with actions (not all are implemented)

#26 - I’m adding this onto 26 because this could be useful for Zeppelin to be able to send AJAX requests to update the UI
