Select Multiple VMs For A Stopped Experiment

Describe your feature
When an experiment is stopped, it is desired to have checkboxes so that multiple VMs can be selected/deselected. There should be an option to check all VMs currently being displayed. This feature will enable follow on actions that can be applied to multiple VMs.

Feature Details
Stage of Experiment when feature is active: (Creation, Start, Post Start, Running, Stop, Delete)
stage: Stopped

Where should feature be visible (current phenix tab and general location or propose a new tab, or not visible)
view: Stopped experiment VM list view (i.e. StoppedExperiment.vue)

Expected behavior
A user can select/deselect all or a set of VMs displayed.

This feature has been implemented using the default color scheme for the Buefy checkboxes.
