We are going to rebuild the fuel system.

  • Drain the fuel tank
  • Install a fuel shut-off valve
  • Move the fuel pump to the firewall
  • Change the fuel filter

Parts I have:

  • Fuel pump
  • 6 feet of fuel line
  • A lot of clamps

Right now it looks like I'm going to mount the fuel pump directly below the fuel pressure regulator. I need to find a fuel screener, or use the one from a different fuel pump.

Things:

  • Replaced the fuel pump
  • Added fuel shut off valve
  • Moved fuel lines away from the exhaust
  • Replaced the fuel filter
