Relation load failed - 500 #44
Comments
The relation doesn't have any ways. Relatify requires at least one way so that it knows from where to start. |
@Dimitar5555 I now added a single way in the middle of the route to start the process, but even after selecting all the ways that belong to the bus route, I get some errors which I do not understand and cannot seem to save the route... ![]() If I click on "Some ways are not used" I get this picture. It is not clear to me what is wrong here. ![]() If I click on "Some stops are not reached" I get this picture. ![]() "The route has less than 2 stops" seems to be inaccurate? I really like the way I can select ways for the bus relation, but I am not sure how to use this tool at all :( |
@haansn08 This is because you haven't set the start and end road segments (it's done by right clicking on them and selecting the appropriate option). When you do, you should resolve all warnings and errors (if any) and then you will see the upload button. There are more in-depth explanations on the wiki (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relatify). |
I will add an enhancement label, as this issue highlights UX components that need improvement. |
I'm trying to load this bus relation, I recently created, to add the way segments to it:

The server reports
"Relation load failed - 500"
"Internal Server Error"
with no other indication what went wrong.
