Auto generate navigation items?

Navigation is full customized by users. Thats fine. but is it more convenient that auto-generate by categories?

@wolfcon The best will be the possibility to have a mix, we thought about that in the past but didn't have time to implement it, are you feeling good to contribute to the source and implement this feature?

This would really be great. I was looking forward to test this theme as a platform to provide documentation for different products and APIs and it would be extremely helpful to have the theme use the default category etc. generators. This would make it a lot more easier to integrate it into a CI/CD pipeline.
