logging-agent should be able to overwrite agent.json if API key is updated #415

In case the logging-agent is started with a wrong API key it will not try to overwrite the agent.json file created in the initContainer when the API_key has been changed: https://github.com/zalando-incubator/kubernetes-on-aws/blob/dev/cluster/manifests/logging-agent/daemonset.yaml#L36

This causes the logging-agent pod to fail until the agent.json file is modified directly on the node disk.

I don't think this was an issue for a long time. Closing for now.
